Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior - Penalty to cancel within 24 hours will result in you paying for 50% of the service.

No show to scheduled appointment will result in you paying 100% of your appointment.

Whether getting your hair done is a luxury or a necessity, please remember that when you don’t show up, we don’t get paid, we have bills to pay too. Please respect our profession, we take our craft and business very seriously.
